This corner unit is located in the very popular View Talay 3, on the 13th floor, and gives you a view you have to experience to believe. You can see 25 kilometers down the coast! Access to the beach is right outside the condo complex. There is 24 hour security on the premises, several emergency exits/staircases, sprinkler systems and a fire alarm system connected to all apartments.
Jomtien is the quieter part of Pattaya (only two hours from Bangkok), and the area has a wide variety of activities to offer people of all ages, for instance Sriracha Tiger Zoo, Underwater World, a large number of golf courses, movie theaters, bowling and several lovely island for daytrips or longer trips.
View Talay 3 is located in Jomtien, Pratamnak Soi 6, close to Pattaya Park with the waterpark and the lookout tower. The area has a large amount of really good restaurants.
The view is great, and nobody can look inside your apartment. You can sit in the shade or in the sun, this is up to you, since the apartment has balconies on two sides.
